1. Late August: open and prepare the Concession Stand.
2. Fall Season: Operate Concession Stand for JV/Varsity Holland Stadium events, Harvest of Sound, Homecoming Game
3. Monthly meetings
4. Hall of Fame Banquet (November)
5. Winter Sport Events: Operate Concession Stand for JV/Varsity basketball games
6. Spring Sport Events: Operate Concession Stand for JV/Varsity Holland Stadium events
7. Annual Meeting: Election of Officers (may)
8. Graduation Concessions at Holland Stadium (June)
