The Auburn School District values participation in co-curricular activities as a student privilege, not a right.  All Co-curricular and extra-curricular participants are representatives of the Auburn School District, whether they are members of the marching band, clubs, or athletic teams.   As representatives of Auburn, students in co-curricular and extra-curricular programs will meet the highest academic and behavioral standards.  Consistent with this philosophy, the Auburn School District sets forth expectations for these participants in the student handbooks at their respective schools and in the participant guidelines for extra-curricular and co-curricular activities.
