Medicaid Fraud Reporting
The Auburn Enlarged City School District is committed to the highest possible standards of ethical, moral, and legal business conduct. In line with this commitment, the district has established an anonymous reporting hotline intended to be used to report Medicaid Fraud or abuse in the Medicaid program.
The hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for use by employees or the general public who wish to report an incident anonymously. All calls are confidential, and the callers identity will remain anonymous.
Call the Auburn Enlarged City School District Medicaid Fraud Hotline at (315) 255-8860 to report fraud or abuse in the Medicaid program. All calls to the Auburn Enlarged City School District Hotline should be made in good faith to report fraud or abuse rather than as a means for malicious allegations. Calls may be made anonymously, although the district encourages individuals to provide their name and telephone number so the reports may be effectively investigated.
