COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for Auburn Students & Residents on March 24

Dear Auburn Families,

In partnership with the Cayuga County Health Department, the Auburn Enlarged City School District will be holding a walk-in COVID-19 vaccine clinic on Thursday, March 24 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Genesee Elementary School for Auburn students and residents, ages 5 and older.

The Pfizer vaccine is available for persons ages 5 and older, and the Moderna vaccine is available for persons 18 years old and older.

There will be snacks and giveaways for students and residents receiving a COVID-19 vaccine.

This is a walk-in clinic, and there will be staff available to assist in completing the vaccine forms for yourself or your child.

If you would like your child to receive the vaccine and are unable to accompany them to the clinic, you will need to fill out a minor consent form (click here) and medical screening form (click here) for each child and return the completed forms to your child’s school nurse on or before the start of the clinic.

If you are unable to open the link above, all of this information is also available on our website, www.aecsd.education.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the COVID-19 vaccine, please contact your doctor or the Cayuga County Health Department at (315) 253-1560.

Sincerely,

Jeffrey Pirozzolo
